Policies

To ensure that all returns and credits are processed efficiently, please follow below guidelines:

• Merchandise returned will not be accepted without authorization, a Return Authorization Form will be emailed.
• Return Authorization Form must accompany product return. Used, altered or unsellable items cannot be returned.
• Special order or closed-out items cannot be returned.
• Returns must be less than 30 days old (from date of invoice), brand new and in original packaging and condition.
• Returned merchandise subject to 25% re-stocking charge and freight expense.
• Machinery, lab instruments, tanks, pumps and equipment are subject to manufacturer’s warranty and repair policies. We cannot accept returns for the above-mentioned products, food ingredients, hydrometer / lab glass, barrels & bottles.
